The Palm Sunday
service on April 5 was the date CLC welcomed three new members, Ben Cox,
Amy Cox, and Dollinda Brumbarger by public affirmation of faith. On
April 19, we welcomed Jerry Barth as a new member.

Dollinda
Brumbarger was born in
Kokomo and was raised in
Forest, Indiana. She has lived in Kokomo since 1973. She has one daughter and
two grandsons.

Ben Cox is a
science teacher at
Eastern High School. He was born in Huntington,
Indiana
and baptized at Kokomo
Church of the Brethren.
Amy Cox is an English teacher at
Taylor High School.
She was born in Fort Wayne and was baptized and confirmed at Holy
Trinity
Lutheran
Church
in Harlan, IN. She and Ben were married in 2005.

Jerry Barth joined CLC by
transfer from Holy Trinity in Muncie, Indiana. He was baptized and
confirmed in his home church in Iowa. Jerry is store manager of
the Kokomo JCPenney store. In July, he will celebrate his 25th year
working for the company. At CLC you can usually find him near the
piano and organ in a choir robe. |
